Cassidy Mine is a 20.66 acre unpatented lode mining Claim located in the Fortuna mining district of south central Utah near the town of Beaver  just 3 miles off Interstate15  . The portal timber is dated at 1929 and formerly known as the Gillies mine . The mine has several hundred feet of  mostly hard rock tunnel Workings , the rail has been removed at some point and there are several small collapses(but passable) along the tunnel way. the beam work and supports at the portal entrance are declining and will eventually need to be shored up , but the unique door setup will allow you to padlock your mine entrance to keep unwanted visitors out .  Fault gouge and quartz vein systems running in iron rich host rock  as seen in pics is what was being chased in the mine .  the Claim has good roads until the last 1/2 mile . It’s a fairly steep hill as shown in pics , but I have been up it in a 4x4 truck . May be more preferable on a 4 wheeler or side by side  or hike it -i have several times . Our few samples did not show visible free gold , but  assays did show gold,silver,lead and zinc present .This claim is just south of patented Gold claims of the same era . there are some current quartz vein systems to work in the mine  as shown in pics... nothing but hard rock work ahead ,,,
Processes other than simple crushing may be needed to extract mineral value, such as roasting , leaching, flotation etc.. due diligence is expected before Buying a Mining claim . although claim has been staked in a known gold area of a known gold district ,

Transferred via Quitclaim deed
Once payment has cleared I will send a notarized quitclaim deed via usps priority mail to you as an initial proof of purchase . Along with exploration maps , gps coordinates to the claim , assay certificates ,  any field notes ,  google map and an SD card with all claim photos taken , also a frameable vintage style claim certificate with your name on it for display . original quitclaim will be notarized then recorded in the county and then sent to the BLM along with a transfer of interest so it can be recorded in your name with the BLM . . All final documents will be sent to you once I receive them back from the BLM. 4-6 weeks.
This is a federal unpatented lode mining claim covering 20.66 acres of public land , you own the mineral rights as long as claim is kept active . You do not not own the land .
The annual fees of 5 have been paid already and are not due again til September 1st 2022. Sell is for 100% mineral rights and I cover all transfer and doc fees as well
